About ISSG

The International Service and Support Group is an embedded computing support and repair service. The company was founded in 2014. It is the result of long term repair activities of patient multi media terminals for JAOtech. 

The last couple of years, we gained even more experience in repairing embedded computing products. Today we handle over 1000 embedded computing repairs a year.

 

Product Expertise

Our repair service is not limited to patient multimedia systems and bedside terminals. We are fully equipped to handle other technical solutions as well. Our team has worked with medical workstations and ergonomic products. Like mounting arms, cable sets, gas springs and adjustments. Next to that, our repair service was extended with other embedded computing products. 

We currently handle solutions from JAOtech/Barco (Jima, Lucy and Zivo), Avalue, SKY-Technology and Folcrom/Grantree.
