Before submitting your RMA request, please note the following:

To provide you with the best possible service, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
After submitting your RMA request you will receive an e-mail. Please print the attached PDF which contains the submitted RMA information, fold it in half and attach it address side up to each box.
The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged.
If the product has been abused, improperly used or altered without authorization, the warranty will be voided automatically.
